🧐 Figuring out the next steps when care needs increase can be stressful for individuals and their families. Why not start thinking about it in advance and learn the steps and processes in our region for accessing the care you need? Many of the services have waitlists, so it is important to be thinking ahead and getting on waitlists sooner rather than later!

🧩 We’re bringing together the organizations that offer services for advancing care needs and including presentations with vital information from Home Care, Salem Home (representing personal care homes), and Silver Lining Care (private care agency). The presentations will be relevant to families across the region, so make sure you mark your calendars and register! Come together with your loved one, and let this be a moment where you can have those important conversations together. 💛

ℹ️ We will also have information booths from additional organizations to help you in gathering information you need as you look into the future.
